Our Kids

Making A Difference.

Lithia believes that the children of our communities are our future, so it makes sense to support programs that focus on youth development; those that Teach, Inspire, Strengthen and Empower.  Children who are confident and learn to make the right choices will be better equipped to take on the challenges presented in the adult world.  Through Lithia’s commitment to employee volunteerism and community involvement, we believe we are setting an example for the adults of tomorrow.  As an added benefit, volunteerism and community activities provide employees with the knowledge that they are helping children develop values and skills that are a necessary part of life while strengthening the communities in which we do business

Through our 4-Kids initiative, Lithia stores create strategic partnerships with select non-profit organizations or programs that provide positive experiences to support youth development.  By focusing our efforts on these programs, our goal is to assist with resources that will have a significant impact on the youth in our communities.
